Congratulations are in order for three members of our team this month; Martyn Paterson, Beth Welsh and Jack Swan. Martyn has attained Chartered Financial Planner status and Beth and Jack have achieved a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Beth and Jack achieved their goal of attaining their diploma in 2020. Beth is our Client Service Support Team Lead, and Jack is a Trainee Paraplanner. The Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning will allow them to gain core technical knowledge and financial planning capabilities as they continue to work with our financial planners and expand their knowledge and experience.
We are extremely proud of our team, with Sarah, Claire and Kirsty all working towards their Diplomas in order to not only develop their skills, but provide our clients with the finest service. The wider team really do ‘support’ the financial planners and our clients in the truest sense of the word!
Chartered Financial Planner status is achieved by completing the Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and having 5 years of industry experience. Martyn joined our team in 2018 and this achievement is a testament to his dedication to provide clients with a personal financial planning service, focussed on achieving their aims and objectives.
Martyn joins Andy, Ian, Vikki, Richard and Alison as a chartered professional at AAB Wealth. Alastair Moore, AAB Wealth’s first Graduate Trainee, has also completed his Advanced Diploma and is now just waiting to hit the 5 year mark of working in practice to add the ‘Chartered’ status to his name.
This commitment to continued professional development for our people ties into the fact AAB Wealth holds Corporate Chartered Status. This status ensures our whole team is committed to personal development whilst putting client needs first.
Our entire team, from advisors to client support, are highly qualified and undertaking continuous training. We understand the need for continuous career development and are extremely proud of everyone for always looking towards the next achievement to help them deliver awesome service to our clients.
Our approach to client service is a full team approach. We each have profiles on the site, so clients can find out more about us, and they will never receive a faceless email. At client meetings (currently virtual), there are often additional members of the team in attendance as well as the planner. This is to make sure everyone in the team is gaining experience, and to make sure your portfolio is always in the best hands.
This holistic approach means that as our team are developing their knowledge it doesn’t just benefit our team, it benefits you and the service you receive.
These achievements are yet another thing to add to the list of things to celebrate when we are allowed to see each other again!
