HOW I HELP

I help by preparing for clients’ annual review meetings, issuing necessary paperwork, and maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes. I work with our team to ensure clients feel confident that their financial wellbeing is in safe hands.

Leona Laing is part of the Client Service Support team based in our Aberdeen office. Her role focuses on providing the Financial Planners and Financial Planning Associates with the information and resources they require to serve our clients efficiently. This involves the preparation for client meetings and ensuring that all stages of our client’s journeys are handled with care and precision. Leona also ensures that our services comply with industry standards, helping to maintain the trust and confidence our clients place in us.
