How I help
In my role, I strive to make every client experience smooth, proactive, and personal. From preparing for annual planning meetings to assisting with transfers, withdrawals, and onboarding, I work closely with Financial Planners and Associates to make sure every detail is handled with care and efficiency.

Kate Henry is a member of the Client Service Support team based in our Aberdeen office. Kate is a key point of contact for clients and is committed to delivering a seamless service for every client she interacts with. Responsible for managing and completing paperwork to planning client meetings, Kate takes time to understand each client’s goals and works hard to make sure they always feel informed and confident throughout the process.

I believe it’s important to truly understand what matters most to our clients so we can offer solutions that are right for them, as ‘no one size fits all’. I always want clients to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their financial journey.
Whether it’s supporting a client’s long-term investment goals or helping with day-to-day financial needs, I always aim to bring a personal, approachable touch to every interaction, as it is a very personal journey.”
