Jenny Wilson is part of our Client Service Support team based in our Belfast office. Supporting the Financial Planning Associates and Financial Planners, Jenny’s role is varied. From preparing annual review meeting packs and attending client meetings, to being the first point of contact for any client queries or concerns, Jenny helps ensure our clients receive a seamless and exceptional service.

We want clients to achieve their financial goals just as much as they do, and that’s at the core of everything we do. It’s also important to share and learn from team members around me. The team is big on collaboration and supporting one another, and that’s something I felt from my very first day at the firm. When it comes to in-person or virtual communication, for me personally, I think a balance of both is best, but it depends on the client and what works best for them and their unique situation. Being able to provide clients with the option for virtual or in-person support demonstrates our client-first approach and our dedication to offering tailored services that work for each and every client.”
