I work with the AAB Wealth team, ensuring that the financial planners and associates have exactly what they need when they need it. I’m detail-oriented, which is essential in my role when it comes to reviewing client documents and keeping on track with different deadlines.

Based in our Bishopbriggs office, Iona Duff is a highly skilled Client Service Support team member, ensuring clients receive a smooth and high-quality service. Iona assists financial planners and associates in sourcing, organising and verifying key client information. Her attention to detail ensures that the AAB Wealth team are always equipped with accurate and relevant data.

In addition to managing client information, Iona supports the preparation of documentation and assists with the administrative processes required to implement financial plans effectively. By making sure every detail is in place, she plays an important part in delivering a service that clients can trust.

Whilst being virtual can provide flexibility, it is important to provide face-to-face options for those who are less comfortable using technology. “One of the biggest challenges in my role is that the financial world isn’t always predictable. Political events and media headlines can cause concerns and worry for clients, but I will always respond to this by keeping communication open and making sure our clients feel heard. If someone needs reassurance, I’ll coordinate a meeting with their financial planner to talk through their concerns and tailor our advice to their unique circumstances.”
