What’s your role? Business & Administration Support. My role is to support the Wealth Team and help provide a high level of service to our clients. I manage the calendars for our Financial Planners to make sure that client progress meetings are diarised and that the Team can prepare for these well in advance. It’s important for our clients to know that we are always just an email or phone call away and having adapted our digital processes, including digital signatures, we are able to respond to client needs faster than ever.
What do you like best about working at AAB Wealth? Engaging with our clients is the best – the more contact I have with them the better. I can feel the relationships developing the more I communicate with them. I’m very much a people person it was important, to me, to join a team of likeminded individuals and that’s exactly what I found when I joined AAB Wealth in April 2019. It’s great to do my bit supporting the whole team in their admin needs.
What's your quote to live by? “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
What's your favourite hobby? It has to be running – I started when my two daughters were toddlers and it was the only “me time” in the day. I go really early in the morning and it wakes me up and sends me off to work with a smile on my face (most days!).
