Jordan Paterson is part of our Client Service Support team. Based in our Aberdeen office, Jordan supports the Financial Planners and Financial Planning Associates as they progress through the client journey.
Assisting the wealth team means that Jordan’s role is varied. One day she might be gathering information on clients existing processes and the next she could be liaising with product providers, preparing paperwork ahead of contributions or arranging document packs for client meetings.

Our clients need to know and trust that we have their best interest at heart which isn’t always easy. To build those relationships we focus on honest, communication and great attention to detail. This ensures that our clients know that every decision we make is the best decision on their behalf.”

Seamless client communication
“As a firm we need to be able to accommodate all of our different types of clients which means adopting a mix of virtual and hands on. I love that we can utilise tech as it enhances the experience for our clients and makes us more efficient. It ensures our communication with clients is seamless.
Technology enables us to do our job to a higher standard. During client meetings we utilise cash flow modelling software. This provides clients with a personal illustration for each client of what their current financial situation is and what it could look like in the future.
Being able to show clients and not just tell them shows that we care about providing them with the best possible service.”
